To kick start your Kettlebell Athletic journey we want to make it as simple as for you.

We’re offering a Fundamentals Program that will help equip you with the skills and confidence to join normal classes and become part of the Kettlebell Athletic community.

On completion of your Fundamentals Program you can roll straight into our regular KAFit Classes.

Fundamentals Program Details are:
** Attend 3 Sessions:
Monday 5.30pm
Wednesday 5.30pm
Friday 5.30pm
-3 compulsory sessions + am optional Saturday Morning session.

Each session is approx. 1.5hr in length.
-Small class size
Foundation exercises include:

Pressing Reset
Primal movement ( crawling, Rocking & Rolls)
Kettlebell Swing ( hip hinge)
Turkish Get Up
Kettlebell Press
Kettlebell Deadlift
Plus more.
